  NKR President signs decree on preliminary compensation of depreciate depositsJanuary 23, 2009 - 17:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed Friday a decree on preliminary compensation of depreciate since the year of 1993 deposits of NKR citizens in Artsakh Bank CJSC, central information department of the office of the NKR President told PanARMENIAN.Net According to the decree, the government of the republic is assigned to provide preliminary compensation to citizens born before the year of 1962 as well as to the perished during the defense of the NKR and to individuals of the first disability group.
