  Armenia developed cooperation with CSTO, NATO in 2008January 24, 2009 - 16:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia was dynamically developing military cooperation with international organizations in 2008, the RA Defense Minister said. "Jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs we have submitted a report on implementation of the NATO IPAP, which was appreciated highly in Brussels. NATO was also pleased with the level of conduction of Cooperative Longbow/Lancer 2008 exercise," Seyran Ohanyan told a news conference today. "The Armenian peacekeepers completed their mission in Iraq. The number of our servicemen in Kosovo reached 70," he said. Minister Ohanyan also informed that Armenia will complete formation of its peacekeeping force by 2012. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
