Law on advertisement not observed in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian advertisement council starts monitoring of promotional items on TV, radio, press and will send the results of the research to the appropriate bodies.



"Armenia has a Law on Advertisement but its provisions and not observed," Radio Van program director Gor Grigoryan said. "One of the major omissions of the law is absence of provision on Internet," he added.
