  Armenia Defense Minister briefs OSCE envoy on Azerbaijan's sabotage July 16, 2020 - 09:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan spoke to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, on Thursday, July 16 after the Armenian forces foiled Azerbaijan's infiltration attempt. Tonoyan the OSCE envoy about the situation on the border since 03:40 and said that the Azerbaijani side has several casualties, both injured and killed. The Defense Minister said that Azerbaijan's sabotage attempts on the border of Armenia are always defeated. The Armenian side reported no losses after the Azerbaijani attack on the border. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
