  Collective rapid reaction force formation discussed in MoscowFebruary 4, 2009 - 17:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian opened Wednesday the summit of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states in Moscow. The participants focused on agreements achieved during the previous meeting in Astana in 2008, specifically formation of collective rapid reaction force, the RA MFA press office reported.
