Cultural Development Fund opens in YerevanFebruary 6, 2009 - 19:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Cultural Development Fund established with the assistance of the Armenian Ministry of Culture officially opened in Yerevan on February 5. The Fund is meant to raise the level of teaching at music and art schools. Created in 2008, the Fund will brisk up activities this year, with conduction of trainings for a hundred of teachers. According to Fund Director Nelly Sargsyan, the Fund will also promote talented pupils for various international competitions.
