It means that a new logic we are unable to distinguish yet is emerging," Tigran Sargsyan said when addressing Bridge 2009 economic forum in Tsaghkadzor. The states should develop new concepts and apply non-traditional methods to overcome the crisis, according to him. "Protectionism is going forward at a steady gait, bringing the process of globalization to its end and giving birth to localization. Under the circumstances, the Armenian government will work to secure macroeconomic stability," he said.
