  Armenia: Emergency Situations Minister resigns November 17, 2020 - 21:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Minister of Emergency Situations Feliks Tsolakyan has resigned, spokesperson of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Anna Baghdasaryan confirmed to PanARMENIAN.Net According to her, Tsolakyan wrote his resignation letter on Tuesday, November 17. He was appointed in the post on October 2018. Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan resigned earlier, as did a handful of other politicians and lawmakers, amid political turmoil that has been brewing in the country ever since the announcement of a statement to end the war in Nagorno-Karabakh.
