The statement provides for the return of Aghdam region to Azerbaijan by November 20. The settlements, as well as the town of Akna, are all located in Aghdam. Measures are now being taken to transport the property of more than 2,000 residents of Martakert, 400 residents of Askeran and about 800 residents of Akna, as well as to provide them with temporary places of residence.
