  Pashinyan meeting Shoigu; Lavrov in Yerevan for Karabakh talks November 21, 2020 - 12:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu in Yerevan on Saturday, November 21, the Armenian government reports. Shoigu has arrived in the Armenian capital as part of a Russian interdepartmental delegation which also includes Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk, Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko and head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova have also arrived in Yerevan. They will all meet with Pashinyan on Saturday. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev have signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days. Karabakh (Artsakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan has said he has agreed to the deal signed by Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
