Armavir mayor Davit Khudatyan shared a photo with Hovhannisyan, thanking him "for a wonderful example of patriotism". Various social media users were spreading information about the young boy's venture to help those affected by the war. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev on November 9 signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days.
