  Russia: 25,000 refugees return to Karabakh in two weeks November 30, 2020 - 13:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In total, over 25,000 Armenian refugees returned to Nagorno-Karabakh since mid-November, the Russian Defense Ministry said Monday, November 30. Russian peacekeepers regularly escort convoys of buses carrying internally displaced IDPs back to their homes․ On Sunday alone, 1699 people returned to Karabakh. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev on November 9 signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days. Under the deal, the Armenian side is returning all the seven regions surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh, having lost a part of Karabakh itself in hostilities. Photo.
