"Institutional solutions to problems facing Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Armenia can be achieved only through national unification, political stability, unconditional return to the Armenian Constitution," Gevorgyan said. The MP cited "fundamental disagreements over a number of key, problematic issues facing the state" behind his decision to leave My Step. Lawmaker Taguhi Tovmasyan earlier left the bloc to also serve as an independent MP.
