Karabakh president approves new government structure![]() December 18, 2020 - 16:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) president Arayik Harutyunyan on Friday, December 18 signed a decree to change the structure of Karabakh's government. Accordingly, the government of Artsakh will be comprised of: 1) Minister of State 2) Ministry of Labor, Social and Migration Affairs 3) Ministry of Health 4) Ministry of Justice 5) Ministry of Foreign Affairs 6) Ministry of Economy and Agriculture 7) Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports 8) Ministry of Defense 9) Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures 10) Ministry of Urban Development 11) Ministry of Finance The duties of the State Minister will be performed by the Minister of Finance for the time being. Other government agencies also approved with the decree are as follows: 1) National Security Service 2) State Service for Emergency Situations 3) Cadastre and State Property Management Committee 4) Police 5) State Revenues Committee Harutyunyan said earlier he was leaving his post as head of the ruling Free Homeland party.
