Contradictory statements do not promote Karabakh conflict settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met Monday with OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, Ambassador Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Ambassador Matthew Bryza (U.S.), Ambassador Bernard Fassier (France) and Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.



Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian also attended the meeting.



The parties touched upon the recent meeting of Armenian and Azeri Presidents in Zurich and discussed current stage of the Karabakh conflict settlement talks.



President Sargsyan emphasized that contradictory statements do not further the settlement progress.



The Co-chairs briefed the President on the outcomes of Baku and Stepanakert talks.



Earlier Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with NKR President Bako Sahakyan, the RA leader's press office reported.
