Turkey can support Karabakh process but not mediate

PanARMENIAN.Net - As a member of the OSCE Minsk Group, Turkey can support endeavors for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict but it is not a mediator, OSCE MG French Co-chair Bernard Fassier said.

For his part, U.S. Co-chair Matt Bryza said Ankara can facilitate regional peace. "I am hopeful that Turkey understands that normalization of relations with Armenia should not be linked to Karabakh problem," he said.
