Pashinyan delivered opening remarks and said that such meetings should be arranged more often. He stressed the importance of Harutyunyan's participation in the session, particularly in the context of information exchange, strategic planning for the future. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
