Karabakh President meets displaced civilians in Yerevan![]() February 27, 2021 - 11:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Friday, February 27 met a group of residents of the Hadrut region at the Permanent Representation of Karabakh in Yerevan. The President and the residents of Karabakh discussed challenges facing displaced persons, as well as projects aimed at tackling those challenges. Harutyunyan said his government will do everything to tackle the problems raised by the civilians within a reasonable period of time. Secretary of the Security Council of Karabakh Vitaly Balasanyan and Permanent Representative of Karabakh to Armenia Sergey Ghazaryan also took part in the meeting. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Stephan Schütz, Executive Partner at Gerkan, Marg and Partners. The number of state universities will be reduced from 23 to 8 by 2030, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan has said. Partner news |
