Karabakh posts names of 98 more troops killed in fighting

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Defense Army of Nagorno-Karabakh has published the names 98 more soldiers killed in fighting against Azerbaijan.

The Armenian authorities have so far unveiled the names of 2506 troops killed in Azerbaijan's aggression in Karabakh.

Armenian Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan said earlier that the country won't be able to identify some of the remains of the victims as decomposition has erased all identifiable features. Avanesyan said some of the bodies are severely damaged, which means they can't be identified even through DNA analysis.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev on November 9 signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days. Under the deal, the Armenian side has returned all the seven regions surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh, having lost a part of Karabakh itself in hostilities.
