  Official: Tbilisi, Baku will become sister cities March 18, 2021 - 18:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgia's capital Tbilisi and Azerbaijan's capital Baku will become sister cities at the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia. Tbilisi Deputy Mayor Andria Basilaia has said a memorandum is being drawn up, and the sides are adding the finishing touches to it now, reports from Georgia reveal. Tbilisi announced back in 2015 that the two cities would become twin towns, when then Mayor Davit Narmania said relevant documents have been prepared.
