NKR participation in talks not in competence of Armenian and Azeri Presidents

PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR participation in talks is not in competence of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents. It's fixed in all international documents, an NKR expert said.

"Insisting that it's up to the Presidents to decide whether to bring Nagorno Karabkah into the process or not, the mediators undermine OSCE Minsk Group fundamentals," David Babayan said in an article obtained by PanARMENIAN.Net

"If the OSCE MG's role in reduced to organization of presidential meetings, any other organization or even individual can do it equally well," Babayan emphasized.

He went on to say that selective and one-sided approach to lingering conflicts is pregnant with unpredictable consequences.
