Armenia reports daily Covid-19 cases of 493![]() May 5, 2021 - 11:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 493 to reach 217,900 on Wednesday, May 5 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 452 more people recovered, while 13 patients died from Covid-19 in the past 24 hours. A total of 3954 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 201,559 people have recovered, 4178 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1029 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
