  RUSSIAN COUNCIL OF FEDERATION RATIFIED ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN TREATY ON NATURAL DIAMOND SUPPLIES TO ARMENIAJuly 10, 2002 - 22:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the Council of the Federation of the Russian parliament ratified the Armenian-Russian inter-parliamentary treaty on natural diamond supplies to Armenia. 135 members of the Council of the Federation voted for ratifying the treaty, two parliamentarians voted against.
