Martirosyan has to win or draw his second game in order to reach Round 5, otherwise the pair will head to a tiebreak. The young Armenian grandmaster earlier defeated Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Azerbaijan's top player and the world No. 6, to reach Round 4 of the World Cup.
