The Azeris also shelled Armenian positions a day earlier, firing on the posts near Yeraskh, Ararat province. A video surfaced later in the day to show Azeri troops deliberately setting fire to areas between Armenian and Azerbaijani positions. The footage proved that the Azerbaijani side not only opened fire on the grass near the Armenian posts, but also deliberately threw burning objects onto the area. A vast territory was seen burning and smoking as a result.
