The Acting Armenian Foreign Minister and the Head of the Protocol Service have been instructed to prepare for the trip, to ensure the proper organization of the events. The Minister of Defense has been instructed to ensure the presence of the Guard of Honor during the ceremonial events, while the police have been told to ensure the security of the delegation.
