Armenia will face the national teams of North Macedonia (September 2), Germany (September 5) and Liechtenstein (September 8). Caparros gave a press conference on Wednesday, August 25 and revealed that Armenia's all-time top goalscorer and Roma midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan too will return for the fixtures, the Football Federation of Armenia said on social media.
With 9 points in total, Armenia are currently at the top of Group J, followed by North Macedonia and Germany with 6 points each, Romania and Iceland with 3 points each.
