Yerevan court rules to arrest Armenia's former chief prosecutor![]() September 8, 2021 - 10:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan granted the motion of the Special Investigation Service of Armenia to arrest ex-Prosecutor General, former head of the Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan, his lawyer Sasun Rafaelyan has told Pastinfo. According to Rafaelyan, the defense will decide whether to appeal the court decision after receiving the document. Hovsepyan was detained on Tuesday, September 7.
