An Aysor.am correspondent reporting from the scene reveals that Azerbaijan's decision to stop and inspect Iranian trucks heading to Armenia has resulted in traffic congestion on the road. Azerbaijan earlier confirmed that it is collecting money from Iranian truck drivers on the Goris-Kapan interstate road in Armenia's Syunik province. Azeri police officers deployed on said road demand $130 in cash from the drivers of Iranian trucks transporting goods and products to Armenia, a CivilNet correspondent reported.
