Wiktorin made the remarks during a meeting with Armenian Minister Arshak Karapetyan, which was also attended by the deputy head of the EU delegation, Jan Plešinger. Karapetyan detailed the border situation, which is being destabilized by the actions of the Azerbaijani side. The ambassador said the EU supports the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in the settlement of the Artsakh conflict.
