Armenia Catholicos to meet with region's spiritual leaders in Russia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II will pay a two-day visit to Moscow, where he will meet with the Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus' Kirill, the press service of the Mother See reveals.

In addition, the Catholicos will also take part in the trilateral meeting of the spiritual leaders of the region.

Karekin II will be accompanied by Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan, the Director of the External Relations and Protocol Division of the Mother See, Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, Director of Inter-Church Relations Department, Tsayraguyn Vardapet Shahe Ananyan, to name a few.

Earlier, media reports from Azerbaijan alleged about an upcoming meeting of Catholicos Karekin II, Patriarch Kirill and the spiritual leader of Azerbaijan Allahshukur Pashazadeh.
