ICRC Vice President meets families of missing in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Vice President of the International Committee of the Red Cross Gilles Carbonnier has met with families of missing people and civilians living in communities along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the ICRC said in a statement on Monday, October 25.

He discussed their concerns and reiterated ICRC’s commitment to continue addressing their needs, the statement said

As of October 4, the whereabouts of 224 servicemen and 22 civilians remained unknown, the Investigative Committee said back then.
