Sarkissian makes short stop in Abu Dhabi

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Armen Sarkissian arrived in the United Arab Emirates on a short working visit, his office reveals. The Minister of State, Co-Chair of the Armenian-Emirati Intergovernmental Commission Ahmed Ali al-Sayegh welcomed the President of Armenia at the Abu Dhabi airport.

Sarkissian's trip comes on the heels of what he described an "unprecedented" visit to Saudi Arabia, where and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met in and spoke about the need to develop relations, the President's office said.

The Armenian President attended the 5th Conference of the Future Investment Initiative, as did heads of many states, members of governments, heads of well-known transnational and global companies, as well as businessmen.
