Former CoE envoy appointed Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's former Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe Paruyr Hovhannisyan has been appointed Deputy Foreign Minister, according to a decision signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday, November 9.

Hovhannisyan was recalled from his post as the country's Permanent Representative on October 29.
