Key Karabakh road reopens after "incident" with Armenians, Azerbaijanis![]() November 13, 2021 - 10:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A key road connecting Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) has reopened after it was closed because of an "incident between the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides", Karabakh's Interior Ministry reports. The Russian peacekeeping forces deployed in the region since a ceasefire was achieved a year ago will ensure the safety of the traffic. No details are currently available about said incident.
