Armenia appoints new ambassador to Germany![]() November 13, 2021 - 10:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Viktor Yengibaryan has been appointed Armenia's new ambassador to Germany, according to a decree signed by President Armen Sarkissian. Yengibaryan was earlier a member of the Yerevan City Council, while in 2018 he was elected to the National Assembly. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
