Armenia appoints new ambassador to Germany

PanARMENIAN.Net - Viktor Yengibaryan has been appointed Armenia's new ambassador to Germany, according to a decree signed by President Armen Sarkissian.

Yengibaryan was earlier a member of the Yerevan City Council, while in 2018 he was elected to the National Assembly.
