Armenia names new Defense Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan has been appointed the Minister of Defense of Armenia, according to a decree signed by President Armen Sarkissian on Monday, November 15.

Papikyan is replacing Arshak Karapetyan who was relieved of his post in an earlier decision.
