Collection of signatures calling on Obama to recognize Armenian Genocide

PanARMENIAN.Net - Miasin internet community and Yerkramas, the newspaper of Armenians of Russia have launched collection of signatures to call on U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress to recognize the Armenian Genocide.



"Armenian people were watching your historical election campaign with enthusiasm. We are confident that you will remain the man of your word and will name the crime against our people Genocide in your April 24 statement. We, the heirs of those who survived the Genocide, call on you to properly recognize this crime against humanity," the statement says.
