Armenia's Covid-19 infections grew by 289 in the past day![]() January 12, 2022 - 12:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 289 to reach 346,513 on Wednesday, January 12 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 83 more people recovered, four patients died from Covid-19, while two others carrying the virus died from other causes in the past 24 hours. A total of 6134 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 333,200 people have recovered, 8010 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1514 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
