Avanesyan noted on Thursday, February 3 that in the case of the "omicron" strain of the coronavirus, the symptoms of the disease are similar to those of the flu, with patients coughing, sneezing, and having fever. The Minister noted that the Omicron variant of the coronavirus causes less severe disease than the Delta variant. According to her, not all hospital beds are occupied across the country for now.
