Belarus not going to recognize South Ossetia and Abkhazia independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Belarusian parliament has not put the issue of recognition of South Ossetia and Abkhazia's independence on the spring session agenda, the parliament's press office reported.

President Alexander Lukashenko decided "to hush up the issue," experts say.

South Ossetia and Abkhazia were recognized as independent states by Russia and Nicaragua only.
