Azerbaijan opens fire, damages civilian homes in KarabakhFebruary 19, 2022 - 12:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani military on Friday, February 19 opened fire on civilian homes in the Nagorno-Karabakkh village of Taghavard, the Prosecutor General's office of Artsakh said in a statement. The walls of several houses in the community were damaged, while a bullet even pierced through the window of one of them and landed on the floor. According to the statement, the Russian peacekeeping contingent has been notified of the incident.
