  Kremlin comments on possible Putin-Zelensky meeting March 18, 2022 - 17:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The possibility of a meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian presidents Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky for signing a settlement agreement will depend on the "modality of the document", which has yet to be agreed upon, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Friday, March 18. On Wednesday, Ukrainian Presidential Advisor Mykhailo Podolyak said that Zelensky might hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the coming days. On Friday, Peskov said that a meeting between Putin and Zelensky is possible but it depends on the "modality" of said agreement, TASS reports. Peskov also claimed that the Russian delegation is ready to work much faster. "Unfortunately, the Ukrainian delegation is not ready to accelerate the pace of negotiations," he maintained.
