Louyot made the remarks at a meeting with Vice President of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan who provided details about the situation in the Karabakh, created as a result of the invasion of the Azerbaijani armed forces. According to Rubinyan, the policy of Azerbaijan is aimed at the eviction of Armenians from Artsakh. Azerbaijan has broken into Nagorno-Karabakh, and the incursion has left three Armenian soldiers dead and at least 14 others injured.
