9 countries launch online dictionary for deaf-and-dumb

PanARMENIAN.Net - Presentation of unique online dictionary for deaf-and-dumb took place in Sweden.



"This is the biggest dictionary in the world. It offers translation of words in several European languages simultaneously," said Thomas Ludel Ulsen, the initiator of the new communicative system.



The project is a brainchild of nine countries - France, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, UK, Czech Republic, Turkey, Germany and Sweden.
