Three Armenian businessmen in Forbes Russia rich list

PanARMENIAN.Net - Forbes has published its annual ranking of Russia's richest businessmen, which this year includes three entrepreneurs of Armenian origin.

The publication said on Thursday, April 21 that as a result of Russia's invasion of Russia, only 88 people in the country can measure their wealth in nine zeros against the 123 last year.

The founder and co-owner (until 2018) of the largest retail chain Magnit, Sergey Galitsky (Arutyunyan) has landed on 32nd place with $3.2 billion.

The 42nd spot is taken Armenian-born billionaire Andrey Andreev (Ogandjanyants) with $2 billion, who is the founder of the online dating service Badoo.

The president and founder of the Tashir Group of Companies, Samvel Karapetyan, ranks the 82nd in the list. The magazine estimates his fortune at $1.1 billion.
