Multifunctional business complex to be built in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - A multifunctional business complex with unique architectural solutions will be built in Yerevan, according to an investment project approved by the Armenian government on Friday, May 13.

Submitted by Suren and Hasmik Pahlevanyan, the investment program is worth $10 million and will see the construction of a multifunctional business complex with unique architectural solutions in the territory of Dzoragyugh ethnographic district in downtown Yerevan.

The building will include both residential and business premises, as well as a hall for special cultural events. People behind the project have already reached a deal with the Parajanov Museum to display some exhibits at the center.

The project will be completed within 2-3 years and create 150-200 new jobs as a result.
