Submitted by Suren and Hasmik Pahlevanyan, the investment program is worth $10 million and will see the construction of a multifunctional business complex with unique architectural solutions in the territory of Dzoragyugh ethnographic district in downtown Yerevan. The building will include both residential and business premises, as well as a hall for special cultural events. People behind the project have already reached a deal with the Parajanov Museum to display some exhibits at the center.
