Top Turkish, U.S. diplomats could discuss Yerevan-Ankara rapprochement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will meet with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on the sidelines of International Migration Review Forum (IMRF) in New York.

According to a report from Ermenihaber.am, the Armenian-Turkish rapprochement might be on the agenda as well.

The United States has repeatedly said that it supports the appointment of special envoys to Turkey and Armenia.

Washington has also reportedly informed the Turkish side that they welcome the ongoing talks on normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations.
