Belarus, Armenia negotiate Russian diamonds purchaseApril 7, 2009 - 12:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia negotiates with Armenia and Belarus for purchase of extra lots of Russian diamonds, Russia's Minister of Finance said. "The Russian government holds talks with a number of countries which will be rendered financial assistance," Alexey Kudrin says. He also said that the purchase of extra lots of diamonds at expense of reduction of purchase of precious metals to state reserves is under discussion. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
