  Belarus, Armenia negotiate Russian diamonds purchaseApril 7, 2009 - 12:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia negotiates with Armenia and Belarus for purchase of extra lots of Russian diamonds, Russia's Minister of Finance said. "The Russian government holds talks with a number of countries which will be rendered financial assistance," Alexey Kudrin says. He also said that the purchase of extra lots of diamonds at expense of reduction of purchase of precious metals to state reserves is under discussion.
