The agreement was reached at a meeting between Yerevan mayor Hrachya Sargsyan and Paris mayor Ann Hidalgo on Thursday, July 7, when they reaffirmed the long and strong ties between the two cities. At the end of the meeting, Sargsyan presented a painting by the talented artist Martin Akoghlyan, to Hidalgo, which was created specifically for her.
